Direct Mail Setup

  1. From the Main Screen of Retailer, go to Customers -> Customer Statements.
  2. Select Direct Mail Solutions Statements at the top.
    NOTE: If Direct Mail Solutions has already been setup, skip to step 6.
  3. Click on 'Setup'.
  4. Enter the Direct Mail E-Mail Address in the relevant field. Optionally, change the subject field in E-mail Settings.
  5. Click 'Save' and then 'Close'.

Sending Statements with Direct Mail

  1. Choose any desired settings (see ‘Printing Statements’ for details), then click ‘Send E-Mail Statements’.
  2. Answer ‘Yes’ to the aging question.
  3. You will see a preview of the statements.
  4. It is important that you wait until all of the statements have been generated before proceeding. It is finished when the total page count on the bottom left ceases to increase.
  5. Check the statements to ensure that they are correct. Once sent, you CANNOT recall the statements.
  6. When you’re ready to send the statements, click ‘Close’ at the top.
  7. You will be asked if you wish to send the statements to Direct Mail via E-Mail (see below). Answer ‘Yes’. Your statements will then be emailed to Direct Mail Solutions for them to print and send.
