Using a Dymo printer with Retailer

Labels

It is possible to use a Dymo printer with Retailer.  Our preference is that you use Zebra printer as they provide
  1. superior printing
  2. are commercial grade,
  3. print much higher printing speeds
  4. provide better labeling options such as weatherproof labels or multi part labels
However if you have very low volume labelling requirements then a Dymo printer might be an option for you.  

To print labels to you Dymo pls follow the instructions below, 
  1. Install your Dymo printer following the manufacturer's instructions
  2. From the main screen of Retailer click on Stock --> Barcode Manager
  3. Click on printer settings and ensure that Print to label printer has been selected.  
  4. From the corresponding drop down box pick you newly installed Dymo printer.  
  5. Click on OK.
  6. Once you have a label queued up click on Print to Label Printer to print to your dymo printer. 

The Dymo printer can only use specific label types and sizes. However, our support team can customize labels for you if you need a different layout. This is an advanced user function and is not covered by your support or rental agreement. Customized labels are chargeable and can be purchased through our website. 

Repairs

Dymo printers can be used to print labels for repairs to stick on the product, packet or bag. However, this requires a customized job card. Job card customization is an advanced user function. If you would like our help desk to create a customized job card for you, we can do so, but this service is not covered by your support or rental agreement and will be billable. You can purchase a customization here, and our team will help you determine if you need a Basic Template Change or an Advanced Template Change.
