If you have reset your password or changed your password AND are using Accounting Link with Xero you will need to update these details too.   

  1. From the main screen of Retailer, click on Setup > System and click on the Accounts tab.
  2. Enter your Username and Password.
  3. Click Save.

If you don't know your username you will need to contact Tower Support
