Updating your Tower Advantage Username and Password in Retailer for Accounting Link with Xero

If you have reset or changed your Tower Advantage website password and are using Accounting Link with Xero, you will need to update these details in Retailer as well.

Single-store setups

1. From the main screen of Retailer, click on Setup → System → Accounts tab.
2. Enter your Username and Password in the Tower Advantage Login section.
3. Click Save.
   

Multi-store setups

1. From the main screen of Retailer, click on Setup → Multi-Store.
   
2. Select your location in the Store Name grid under Store Details.
3. Enter your Username and Password in the Tower Advantage Login section.
   
4. Click Save.

If you don't know your Tower Advantage Username or Password, you can reset them online using the links below.
