If you have reset or changed your Tower Advantage website password and are using Accounting Link with Xero, you will need to update these details in Retailer as well.
Single-store setups
- From the main screen of Retailer, click on Setup → System → Accounts tab.
- Enter your Username and Password in the Tower Advantage Login section.
- Click Save.
Multi-store setups
- From the main screen of Retailer, click on Setup → Multi-Store.
- Select your location in the Store Name grid under Store Details.
- Enter your Username and Password in the Tower Advantage Login section.
- Click Save.
