To have Trek Locally intergration enabled please email support@towersystems.com.au.

Once Tower have confirmed Trek Locally is enabled, restart Retailer then continue with the steps.

  1. From the desktop of the Main computer, click on Retailer Backup, the Blue R on the desktop.
  2. On the left, click on Settings and Database settings.
  3. Tick Run Random on Startup.
  4. Click on Install WebLink Service.
    You should get a popup that says Weblink Service Started. If you see a message saying it could not be started, wait a few seconds and try again.
  5. Click Ok.
  6. Untick Run Random on Startup.
Once weblink is setup, contact Locally at support@locally.com so they can finalise the setup in their system

Stock not showing

If you have stock that doesn't show on Trek Locally make sure the barcode in Retailer is correct as this is how it finds the stock.
