Titlepage Thema Code Setup

From titlepage.com, Retailer can import book information including BIC subject category Thema codes

Editing Thema Code Default Department and Category

Basic first letter Thema codes are already in Retailer.

From the main screen of Retailer, click on Setup -> Stock -> Thema Code Setup.
For each Thema Code you can select the Department and Category.
To add more Thema Codes select Add.
In the new line that appears, select a Thema Code from the dropdown list or type in a new code.
- If selected from the dropdown list the description will automatically be filled.
- If a new code is entered then a description will need to be added.
Once the new code is in select Department and Category.
Click Save.

If Retailer can't match the Thema Code then it will use the first letter in the code to select the department and category to use.
