You will need to contact Telstra (132 999) to have them reset your internet router.
Inform
Telstra you have a Telstra Modem v7610 router affected by the V2.2.2.42
Firmware update, or alternatively ask for a Telstra Technician to visit
your store.
Telstra have recognised there is an issue, and have updated instructions to their technicians to fix the firmware.
Telstra have also added a notice to their website on this issue HERE.
Please Note, the steps they list will not fix the issue.
