Supported Retailer EFTPOS Integrations

Supported Retailer EFTPOS Integrations

The payments marketplace is rapidly changing and recently we have had more request to integrate than in anytime previously.  While this is good for competition it does create some confusion about which acquirer you should use.  The information below is correct to the best of our knowledge.  However, your own investigation and assessment should be undertaken to determine which of the below companies provides your business with the best solution.

From our perspective we find Tyro, Shift4 (formerly Smartpay) and MX51 the easiest to deal with and provide us with the best support should issues arise.
Warning
If you connect to Retailer via a remote connection to a server (eg. Stores with multiple locations), the integrations marked 'On Premise Only' are NOT supported.
Table correct as at 1st December 2024.  Please contact your bank or eftpos provider for latest information.

Questions to ask Banks/Acquirers

Here are some common questions you should ask a potential Bank/Acquirer before signing up to eftpos. They will vary based on the features important to you:
  1. How often are payments settled?
  2. Do you offer Least Cost Routing?
  3. Do you support Terminal Based Surcharging?
  4. Do you support MOTO payments with Integrated Eftpos?
