The Subagent Standing Orders Report allows you to see standing orders for particular sub-agents and information on these standing orders.

Generating the Report

  1. On the top menu bar of Retailer, click on Reports -> Newsagency -> Subagent Standing Orders.
  2. In Options:
    • Display Totals – Shows the standing totals for each stock item.
    • Only Show Standing Orders with no Discount -This will only show standing orders made without a discount profile.
    • Only Show Orders that have been Arrived – Only shows orders that have been arrived.
    • Show Sub Order Stops and Starts -Shows order stops and starts for each subagent.
    • Show Standing Order Qty – Shows the standing order quantity for each day of the week.
    • Show Recommended Qty -Shows the recommended quantity for each day of the week based on the Extra% and Time Period selected in the Recommendations section.
    • Show Ordered Qty – Shows the actual quantity ordered.
  3. In Recommendations:
    • Time Period – Chooses a time period to analyse for a recommended a quantity.
    • Extra % - Outlines the extra percentage of quantity of stock the subagents should have based on their current sales. Eg. If 100 items are sold and Extra% is 5%, the recommended quantity would be 105 items.
  4. In Select Sub-agents:
    • Select which subagents to analyse. All subagents are selected by default. To select more then one subagent hold the Ctrl key down and click multiple entries.
      5. Click Preview or Print.

Reading the Report

The Subagent Standing Orders Report analyses your subagents standing orders. The columns are read as follows:

  1. Subagent/Stock Item – Lists the sub-agent and each corresponding stock item that has a standing order.
  2. Stock Freq – Displays the frequency each stock item is arrived.
  3. Sun-Sat – Lists the amount arrived and the amount returned each week.
  4. Other – Shows orders not listed within the specified days.
  5. Discount profile – Shows the discount profile applied to each stock item.
  6. % Amount – Shows the percentage amount of discount applied in the discount profile.

Exporting the Report

You can export the report to either a PDF document or Excel spreadsheet by using the Preview button and following the below steps:
  1. PDF - Click on the red PDF button at the top of the report and choose your save destination.
  2. Excel spreadsheet - Click on the Print button at the top left. Tick 'Print to File' and select 'Xlsx Data File'. Click on the three dots button [...] to choose your save destination. Click OK to save the file.
