Subagent Sales and Returns Report

This is for Newsagencies Only
This report will show the supply and returns quantities for titles that subagents have ordered.

Generating the Report

To run the report, click on Reports at the top of the main screen of Retailer.
Then, click Newsagency, and Subagent Sales & Returns Report.

Report Options:
  1. Sub week ending date - Choose the week ending date that you wish to report on here
  2. Print each supplier on a new page - Show each suppliers' stock in its own group and separate page
  3. Use subagent account numbers - Group the results by subagent rather than by title

Select Suppliers and Select Subagents:
Use these options to filter results down to a specific supplier and/or subagent.
Click the Selected button and then the specific subagent or supplier in their respective list.
You can click multiple subagents or suppliers from the list by clicking them and having them highlighted. Click to remove the highlights as needed.

Click Print to send the report to a printer, or click Preview to view the PDF report on screen.

Exporting the Report

You can export the report to either a PDF document or Excel spreadsheet by using the Preview button and following the below steps:
  1. PDF - Click on the red PDF button at the top of the report and choose your save destination.
  2. Excel spreadsheet - Click on the Print button at the top left. Tick 'Print to File' and select 'Xlsx Data File'. Click on the three dots button [...] to choose your save destination. Click OK to save the file.
