Generating the Report
The Stopped Customers by Run report shows customers and their orders that have been stopped along with some details. It allows you to see these according to the runs that have been setup.
- On the top menu bar of Retailer, click on Reports -> Newsagency -> Stopped Customers by Run.
- Options:
Date – Select the date (default is current date) of when to check for stopped orders.
Run Type Description – Select the Run groups for the report to check stopped orders on. Each Run Type may have one or more Runs in it. Alternatively, you can select specific Runs in the next option.
Run Description – Select the Runs for the report to check stopped orders on. You can hold ‘Ctrl’ on the keyboard and click each Run to highlight more than one Run.
Print Customer Balance on Report – This option will show each customers’ owed balance on the report along with their stopped order.
Print Each Run on a New Page – Option to print report with each selected Run on a new and different page.
Exclude Comments – Option to exclude any Run comments that may be in the Run. - Click Preview or Print or Email.
Reading the Report
The Stopped Customers by Run Report shows the following information about stopped customers and orders, grouped according to Runs.
- Run Type group name – Shows the name of the Run group. One group may have several Runs. (E.g. Area B)
- Run name – Next line will show name of a Run. (E.g. Weekend B)
- Cust Num – Shows the Customer’s number
- Name – Shows the customer’s full name
- Address – Shows the customer’s address
- Stopped On – Shows the date that the customer order stopped on
- Title – Shows the title of the customer order
- Balance (if shown) – Shows the current outstanding balance owed on customer account
Exporting the Report
You can export the report to either a PDF document or Excel spreadsheet by using the Preview button and following the below steps:
- PDF - Click on the red PDF button at the top of the report and choose your save destination.
- Excel spreadsheet - Click on the Print button at the top left. Tick 'Print to File' and select 'Xlsx Data File'. Click on the three dots button [...] to choose your save destination. Click OK to save the file.
