Please contact Specialized to obtain your Locator ID for your business (If you are a Multi-Store business there will be a different Locator ID for each store)

  1. Go to Setup > Stock > Suppliers & Departments > Suppliers
  2. Find Specialized and there is a field called “Vendor ID” enter the Locator ID provided to you by Specialized in this field.
    1. NOTE: You may have 2 Specialized Suppliers in your system (one for Parts and one for Bikes) this field needs to be filled for both.
    2. NOTE: If you are a Multi-Store site you will need to switch to each location and repeat the process with the Locator ID relevant for that store.
Once this ID is entered, please contact Tower Support and ask to have the Specialized webgroup enabled. Once support has confirmed the link is active, please complete the following:

  1. Go to Stock Maintenance > Group Management (if this option does not exist in the menu please contact Tower support)
  2. Select “Specialized” from the grid on the left.
  3. Click the Add button
  4. Click and drag the Supplier button into the window.
  5. In the drop-down, select the Specialized supplier
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 if you have two Specialized suppliers in your system. Make sure the two criteria are on separate lines, not the same line.
  7. Click Save
That is all that needs to be done. The data will now be sent to Specialized automatically.
