Email Mapping Setup (using multiple email accounts)

Multiple Email Addresses can be setup in Retailer for sending emails and the address the email is sent from can be set per transaction type. For example, you may wish for POS Receipts to send from sales@email.com and Statements to send from accounts@email.com
These steps are available in Retailer 3.1 and newer versions.
Idea
This Advice Sheet assumes more than one email address is setup in Retailer for sending emails. See Email Setup
  1. On the top menu bar of Retailer, click to Setup -> Mail Queue.
  2. The Email with the tick next to it is the Default Email Address. To change the default, click on a different email address in the list and click Set As Default
  3. Click the Mapping button
  4. Choose an email account to send from for each transaction type.
