0:00 Setting up staff in retailer is very easy. We go to setup general and then the staff tab. Now staff need two things to be set up in the system.
0:14 That's initials and name. Now the initials field can actually have any characters you want. It could have letters, numbers, or special characters.
0:24 So we're going to set up a staff member here. We press add. We're going to put in a number and a name, and then we're going to press save.
0:36 All of the other fields are optional though, okay. So you don't need to go and put all any other details anywhere else.
0:43 Let's add another staff member. So we're going to press add and example and save. Another way you could set up staff is with badges.
0:55 Badges are barcodes. So when their staff are prompted to enter their initials, they just grab their code and they scan it.
1:01 Here's an example of setting that up. We're gonna click on add. We're gonna click on generator code. We're gonna put in a name, press Save, and then click print badge.
1:18 And the label has been queued up for that staff member. That staff.
