You are able to search within the Catalogues screen through one of the following methods:
- Using the Search For field
OR - Filtering the list of items
Using the Search For Field
- On the top menu bar of Retailer, click on Setup -> Catalogues.
- On the bottom-left of the screen:
- Tick Show Items From All Catalogues to search for the items regardless of the catalogue that they're on
OR - Untick Show Items From All Catalogues and select a particular catalogue to only search within that catalogue.
- In the list of items, click within the column that you want to search on any item.
- Click in the Search for field and type/scan in your search term. The item will be highlighted in the list, if it is found.

The fields that can be searched are Description, Barcode, Supplier Stock Code and PLU.
Filtering the List of Items
- In the list of items, click on the small symbol next to the column header that you want to search in.
- Select the (Custom...) option.
- In the Custom Filter screen:
- In the first drop-down box, select how you would like to search for the keyword.
- Enter the keyword to search for in the box to the right.
- If you want to search using multiple filters, select between AND or OR and then enter the search parameters in the next two boxes.
NOTE: AND will filter search results using BOTH keywords, while OR will filter search results based on either one of the two keywords. - Click OK.
- The screen will now display items that matched your search parameters.
To return to displaying all items, click the symbol again and select (All)
