Searching For A Sale By Serial Number

Searching for a sale by serial number can be handy for items which contain a warranty and you need to retrieve the information about the sale.

From the Point of Sale screen, click on Previous Sales.
Once the Previous Sales screen appears, click on the Serial Number box.
Enter in the serial number that you need to find.
Click on the Search Now button
The list will then display the sale with the specified serial number and a preview of the receipt will appear on the right.
