Retailer allows you to configure a number of options for the Run Lists. This only applies to runs that have been created.

To access these options:
- From the main screen of Retailer, click on Setup -> Newsagency -> Run Setup.
- Select the run from the left panel.
- Click on the Run Options tab.
The various run options are explained below:
- In Select Days, you can select the days that the run will apply on.
- In Run Style, select between the following styles.
- Town Round
- Run Book
- Run Labels
- Wrappers
- Complete Run List
- In Run List Type, select between (Only applies to Town Round, Run Book and Complete Run List):
- Daily Run - Shows deliveries for the specific day
- Weekly Run - Shows deliveries for the entire week
- In Wrap Detail Display Options, select the wrapping details to display on the Run List (Only applies to Town Round).
- In Run Label Options, select the following options:
- Select between printing a single order or multiple orders per label.
- Use Cust Sequence - Prints the labels in run list order.
- Show Customer Acc No - Shows the customer number alongside the customer name.
- Sort Orders - D/W/O - Sorts labels by Daily, Weekly and Other titles.
- In Wrapper Format, select the style of the wrapper and the font size. (Only applies to the Wrappers run style)
- In Email Address, you can enter an e-mail address to which you can send a copy of the run list to. You will need to set up e-mail settings first by following the instructions HERE.
- In Printing Options, tick the following options as necessary:
- Print Blank Line Between Streets - If ticked, an empty line will be printed between different street names.
- Show Stops & Starts in the Body of the Run - If ticked, stops and starts will appear on the run list instead of just the run list summary.
- Show Customer Delivery Changes on Report Summary - If ticked, changes to a customer's delivery quantity will appear in the run list summary.
- Show Every Customer Order as Wrapped on Totals Page - If ticked, the totals page will print multiple orders together. For example, if a customer gets an Australian and a Financial Review, it will print them together ([AUS, FR] = 1).
- Print Blank Lines Between Customers - If ticked, the run list will display a blank line between each customer.
- Print Title in Single Line - If ticked, every title for a customer will print on one line.
- Fixed Run List - If ticked, it will print every customer on the run regardless of whether they’re stopped or not.
- Use Days Description - If ticked, the days that the title are delivered on are displayed on the run list. This option is only available for weekly town rounds.
- Include stops & starts for __ days prior to date of Runlist - Displays stops for the specified number of days before the date of the run list.
- Include Stops and Starts / Delivery Changes for __ days prior to printing date of Stop/Start Report - Displays stops for the specified number of days before the date of the Stop/Start Report.
