RoamV2 - Setup Accounts for Staff Access
Staff Members can be setup with their own Username and Password to login to Roam
Setup Staff Account
- From your Roam POS screen, click on the hamburger menu button ☰ in the top left corner.
- Down left hand side, click Settings
- Under 'Management Settings', click 'Staff Members'
Note: 'Management Settings' will only appear when logged in with the Owner Account (Not a Staff Account) - Choose a Staff Member synced from Retailer or click 'New Staff Member'
- Under 'Credentials', enter a Staff Username and Staff Password.
- Click Save Staff Member
Login using Staff Account
- On the login page, chose Staff Account.
- Enter the TALink Username. Enter the Staff Account Username and Password. Click Sign In
Staff Accounts do not have access to the Roam Management Settings
Switch between Staff Accounts
If you wish to change which Staff Account is logged in on a Terminal:
- Click on the hamburger menu button ☰ in the top left corner.
- Click 'Switch User'
- Select the Account you wish to use
- Enter the Staff Password and click Submit
