It's possible sometimes, through accidental resizing, or clicking and dragging a screen divider/column, for the screen to lose sight of a column or section.

This commonly happens to the Previous Sales screen, which is divided into parts, and the section showing the payment/tendered type gets moved off the screen so you can no longer see it.

There's a utility in Retailer that can be used to reset these screens to their initial, default positions and sizes, which should bring back the missing section or column.
