Retailer produces reports within the Repairs Module that provide an overview of their statuses. These reports make managing repairs much easier.
To access repair reports, simply click on Print Repairs Reports on the Repairs Screen. There are 3 types of Repair Reports:

General Repairs Report
This is a report of repair jobs and their details. You can print this report based on customers, repairers, statuses and/or a specific date range. Select the appropriate options that you would like to use for the report and click on Preview or Print.
- Choose between All Customers or Selected Customers.
- Choose between groups of repairers, or single Selected Repairers.
- Choose to include which statuses that repairs come under.
- Choose a particular date range, or all date ranges.
- Choose to only show reports with a certain barcode, a certain serial number or both.
- Choose whether to display cost prices on report.
Repair Type Report
This report organizes repairs based on Repairers and their Repair Types and shows how each of them are performing in terms of quantity and dollar amounts.
- Choose the start and end date ranges to look at (date repair was created).
- Choose between groups of repairers, or single Selected Repairers.
Collection Report
This report displays the status of repairs based on their Expected Pickup Dates. This allows you to check the status of repairs that may still be with a repairer or may not have been picked up by the customer yet.
- Choose the start and end date ranges to look at (date repair was created).

- Choose to include which statuses that repairs come under.
Exporting the Report
You can export the report to either a PDF document or Excel spreadsheet by using the Preview button and following the below steps:
- PDF - Click on the red PDF button at the top of the report and choose your save destination.
- Excel spreadsheet - Click on the Print button at the top left. Tick 'Print to File' and select 'Xlsx Data File'. Click on the three dots button [...] to choose your save destination. Click OK to save the file.
