The Recall Stock Report is used to determine what stock is due for return based on the week you specify. This is useful as a check to make sure you are returning stock on time.

Generating The Report

  1. From the main screen of Retailer, click on Reports at the top, then Stock Reports -> Recall Report.
  2. Select Supplier – This can be set to a specific supplier or for all suppliers that require stock for the week entered.
  3. Select Date Range / Enter Recall Period – Enter the week/month you are after e.g. W0426 for the fourth week in 2026.
  4. Select Which Items to View – You can choose:
    1. Show All Items - This will list everything that is available for return that week. 
    2. Show EDI Returns Form - Will show what Returns are on that week’s Returns Form.
    3. Show Items on the EDI Returns Form that have not been returned - Will show you any items that are expected on the EDI Returns Form that haven’t been entered through Returns.

Reading the Report

  1. Title – This displays the Title (Description) of the magazine which is then broken down into Departments and Categories.
  2. SSC – This is the Supplier Stock Code.
  3. Issue – This displays the issue name (E.g. Issue 41 or Summer 2019)
  4. Barcode – This is the barcode that is used in the stock screen.
  5. Date Arrived – This is the date the item was arrived on.
  6. Date Last Sold – This is the date when the stock item was last sold, if it hasn’t been sold it will display ‘Never’.
  7. QTY Arrived – This displays how many of the stock items were originally arrived.
  8. QTY Sold – This is how many copies of the item have been sold since it arrived.
  9. QOH – This is the current Quantity on Hand figure.
  10. Ret Type – Shows what type of return it is (C = Cover, F = Full)

Exporting the Report

You can export the report to either a PDF document or Excel spreadsheet by using the Preview button and following the below steps:
  1. PDF - Click on the red PDF button at the top of the report and choose your save destination.
  2. Excel spreadsheet - Click on the Print button at the top left. Tick 'Print to File' and select 'Xlsx Data File'. Click on the three dots button [...] to choose your save destination. Click OK to save the file.
