Putaway Report

This is for Newsagencies Only

The Putaway Report can be used to generate a report for all your customer putaways on a given day or week.

 From the Main Screen of Retailer, click on Reports > Newsagency > Putaway Report

Options:

1. Select the date you want.
2. Stock to Include:
   
1. All – Includes all your stock.
   
2. Daily – Only shows daily titles.
   
3. Weekly – Only shows weekly titles.
   
4. Other – Only shows titles listed under Other.
   
3. Frequency:
   
1. Daily Report – Runs the report based on the selected date.
   
2. Weekly Report – Runs for the week based on the selected date.
   
4. Report Order:
   
1. Title Order – Will order the report by the title of the newspaper or magazine and show the Customers that receive the title
   
2. Surname Order – Will order the report by the customer’s surname and show the PLU of the magazine.
   
5. Other Options:
   
1. Check for Starts and Stops – Will exclude stopped titles from the report.
   
2. Only Show titles of “Other” frequency that have arrived – Ticking this will hide the customer’s Other frequency putaway unless they’ve been arrived.
   

If the customer has a company name, it will be listed using that instead of their surname.
