Onboarding is the process of getting up and running with your new Retailer POS software. Each software company has a different process, this is ours.
What we cover here applies to all types of businesses using our software. For that reason, the advice we provide at this early stage is generic.
Everyone wants to start using the software as quickly as possible. The thing is, it’s like measure twice, cut once for carpentry. Time spent now on proper setup guides you to enjoy using the software more down the track.
Let’s get started.
We have broken the processes into short, bite-size, lessons. The videos can be used to train new or existing staff on how to use the Retailer software.
Given that work in retail can be interrupted, we felt that chunks of no more than 10 minutes could be useful.
