No Sale receipts not printing

This will enable the printing of No Sale receipts.
  1. From the main screen of Retailer, click on Setup then System
  2. Click the Receipts tab
  3. On the right hand side, tick Print Docket when cash removed from till
  4. Click Save then Close

The following steps need to be performed on each computer that needs to print No Sale receipts.
  1. From the main screen of Retailer, click on Setup then Point of Sale
  2. Click the Terminals tab on the top.
  3. Click the Report Mapping tab under the list of Terminals
  4. Click the + button on the bottom left. This will add a new line at the bottom of the list.
  5. Click on the blank Report Type box and select No Sale from the drop-down list.
  6. Click on the blank Printer box and select the receipt printer from the drop-down list.
  7. Click on the blank Template box and select POS No Sale.
  8. Click the Green Tick to save.
  9. Click on Close.
