My merchant copy EFTPOS receipt does not print

Some EFTPOS providers do not provide a printing facility for merchant copies

To Enable merchant copies of EFTPOS receipts:

1. From the retailer main screen click on Setup -> System then click on the Receipts tab.
2. Ensure that Print EFTPOS merchant receipt is ticked. 

Once done, exit Retailer on all terminals and re-enter to have the setting take effect.
