1. On the main screen of Retailer, click on the Customer icon.
    Alternatively, on the top menu bar of Retailer, click on Customers -> Customer Screen
  2. Search for the particular customer by clicking on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of the window.
    Once you've found the customer, double-click on it or click OK.
  3. Back in the Customer Screen, click on the Other tab.
  4. Click on the Adjust Loyalty button.
    In Adjustment Type, select between Increase or Decrease.
    • In Total Points, it will show the current loyalty points.
    • In Points to Increase, enter the amount that you want it to change by.
    • Click Save.
    • Click Yes to confirm the change.
Notes
Manual adjustments to loyalty points are not tracked in reports, so you may wish to track these manually with customer notes or other methods when used.
Idea
Adjustments to loyalty points can be password protected. See Visibility and Security for more information on how to do that. Area 391 is used there to control loyalty point adjustment.
