For images, we recommend keeping images to a resolution of 1024x1024 or lower. Large images will increase the size of your data exponentially which can lead to slow performance.

Notes
32-bit, HDR and CMYK images are not supported. Only .jpg and .bmp files can be used
Idea
Webstores will have limits on the number of images, which should be considered when adding images. For example, Shopify has a limit of 250 images per item, and a variant group is considered one item for image counts (main variant contains all images). Check with your webstore if unsure.

How the Bulk Image Import Function Works

The Bulk Image Import function automatically imports and allocates image files within a folder to the corresponding stock item in Retailer.

It does this by using the filename, which can be either the Barcode or Supplier Stock Code, and matching that to the stock item in your system.
Pictures that do not have a matching barcode/supplier code will not be imported.

The filenames need to be in the following format: barcode_number
For example: 9123456789_1, 9123456789_2, 9123456789_3 etc.

Info
If only importing 1 image per product the _number suffix (_1) is not needed
