How to Stop Subagent Orders

This is for Newsagencies Only

If a subagent closes for a few days and does not require publications, rather than manually stopping their orders individually follow these steps:
  1. From the main screen of Retailer, click on the Customers icon.
  2. In the Customer Screen, click on the magnifying glass to find the subagent you wish to place a stop on.
  3. Click on the Orders button at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Click on the Stop & Starts tab.
  5. Click the Stop button.
  6. In the Stop and Start Sub Order screen:
    • Tick All Titles to apply the stop on every title.
    • Untick All Titles to apply the stop on individual titles.
  7. In the Stop column, click the drop-down box and select the date you wish to stop.
  8. In Stop Reason, you can type in a reason for the stop. This can be selected from the drop down list or typed in.
  9. Select a date in the ReStart column to specify when the order starts again. This can be left blank to stop indefinitely, and filled in at a later time if required.
  10. Click Save.
