Images added to stock in Retailer can be re-exported to webstore in a few easy steps. Webstore images are only sent once, so they may need to be re-exported for various reasons.

  1. Open up the Stock Screen.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass at the bottom to search for a particular stock item.
  3. Click on Images tab.
  4. Right-click on any image, and select Re-export to export that image to webstore.
  5. This can be done in bulk by right clicking any image, and selecting Bulk Re-export.
  6. You can choose between:
    1. All Group - Exports all images for all weblink groups if you are syncing to multiple websites
    2. Selected Group - Exports all images for the selected weblink group
    3. Date range - Enter a date range and all relevant images will be exported. The date range refers to the date particular images were last exported.
Idea
Webstores will have limits on the number of images, which should be considered when adding images. For example, Shopify has a limit of 250 images per item, and a variant group is considered one item for image counts (main variant contains all images). Check with your webstore if unsure.
