How To Move A Customer On A Run
This is for Newsagencies Only
- From the main screen of Retailer, click on Setup -> Newsagency -> Run Setup.
- In the Run Setup screen, select a run from the left hand panel.
- Click on the tab labelled Customers On Run and locate the customer in the run and select/highlight it.
- Click on Cut Selection to take the customer out from his/her current location on that run.
- Select a location where the customer would be ideal on the run and click on the Paste Selection. The customer you are pasting will always be inserted in the line above where you have highlighted.
- Click on Close when editing is complete and click Yes to save changes.
The above method is also applicable for moving a customer on to a different run or run type.
