There may be times when a customer is added twice and needs to be merged.

Backup your data prior to performing the following, as this process is irreversible.

  1. From the Main Screen of Retailer, Click Utilities in the top menu bar.
  2. Click Merge Customers from the list.
  3. Enter Old Customer Number. This customer will be merged into the New Customer.
  4. Enter New Customer Number. This is the customer that you wish to remain and contains all data.
  5. Press Enter after entering New Customer Number. Details will add to grid.
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 until grid contains all customers to be Merged.
  7. Click Merge.
  8. A warning will appear confirming you wish to Merge. Click Yes
  9. A report will appear listing the customers that have been merged. You can Print, Save or Close the Report.
  10. Close Merge Customers when finished
If you do not know the Customer Number, click into the Customer Number box and press enter to open the Find Customer Screen
