How To Do A Putaway Stocktake

When you do your general stocktake it is a great idea to do a stocktake of your putaways at the same time. Over time, putaways may be collected but not cleared from the system. Doing a putaway stocktake will reconcile the putaway stock you actually have with Retailer. 

1. From the main screen of Retailer, click on Tasks -> Putaway Management. 
2. Click on the Putaway Stocktake button at the bottom of the screen. 
3. Scan the putaway labels (not the barcodes on the magazines) of all the putaway stock that is currently in your shop. If a putaway does not have a putaway barcode it means the items is being charged to the customers account and as such has already been charged and does not need to be scanned. 
4. Once you have scanned every putaway in stock, click Process. Any putaways that have not been scanned will be marked as collected.
