If you have added a new customer or have just set up a new Run you will need to add the customer to the run. Follow these steps:
  1. On the top menu bar of Retailer, click on Setup → Newsagency → Run Setup.
  2. Select the run on the left-hand panel.
  3. Click on the Customers On Run tab.
  4. Click the Add Customer button and select the customer from the list.
  5. Click OK.

Customers are listed in the order you add them, and are added to the top of the list as you add them. If you are inserting a customer between two existing customers, select the customer below the position where you want to insert the customer before adding them.

How to show customer putaways on a Run List?
For a customer's order to appear on a Run List, it must be set up as a Delivery order instead of a Putaway order, and the stock item on order must also be included in that Run as part of the Stock Items Delivered.
