Retailer has the ability to print or email gift / exchange receipts, which are receipts that provide proof of purchase but without the price printed. Customers can provide these along with a gift in case the recipient wants to exchange or refund the gifts.

E-mail settings need to be configured before e-mailing receipts. Click HERE for instructions on configuring e-mail settings in Retailer.

To Print or Email a Gift / Exchange Receipt

  1. Once the sale is complete, click the Previous Sales button. Select the appropriate sale.
  2. Tick the Gift / Exchange Receipt checkbox.
  3. To print the gift / exchange receipt, click Reprint.
  4. To email the gift / exchange receipt, click Email, enter the desired email address and click OK.
    You can enter multiple emails if you separate them using a semicolon ;
