Exporting Reports to Excel

In Retailer 3.1 and newer, we added the option to export most reports to Excel with correct formatting. The Excel export can then be saved as a CSV file afterwards if required.

  1. In any report, click Preview after selecting your options.
  2. Click the Print button in the top left corner.
  3. Tick the Print to File box at the bottom of the window. If you do not see this option, then it means the report you're viewing does not support this yet.
  4. In Type: select either Xlsx Data File or Xlsx Report File.

    The Report File option includes the report's graphics and layout, while the Data File includes only the raw data.
  5. In Where: click the [...] symbol to select the location where the file will be saved.
  6. Click OK to generate the file.
