Exporting Reports to Excel

Exporting Reports to Excel

In Retailer 3.1, we added the option to export most reports to Excel with correct formatting. The Excel export can then be saved as a CSV file afterwards if required.

  1. On any report, click on the Preview after selecting your options.
  2. Click the Print button in the top left corner.
  3. Tick the box for Print to File, towards the bottom of the window.
  4. In Type: select either Xlsx Data File or Xlsx Report File.
The Report File option will include the graphics and layout of the report, while the Data File will only include the raw data.
  5. In Where: click the [...] symbol to select the location where the file will be saved.
  6. Click OK to generate the file.
