This is for Newsagencies Only
Creating an HTML run list allows run lists to be viewed through any Internet browser including those on a mobile phone or tablet running iOS, Android or Windows platforms.

Runs that are exported will appear in the Town Round format, regardless of the Run Style.
Set HTML Colours for Run List
You can colour-code your run list by setting a unique colour for each stock item you deliver. This improves title recognition for drivers.
- From the main screen of Retailer go to Setup -> Newsagency -> Run Lists.
- Select the run list to export to HTML.
- Click on the Stock Items Delivered tab.
- Click on HTML Colour next to a stock item.
- The colour select screen will appear. Select a colour for this stock item.
NOTE: Avoid using RED and BLUE as they are used for street names and comments. - Click on OK.
- Repeat steps 4 to 6 until all deliverable stock items have been assigned a colour.

Use contrasting colours to ensure clarity with different stock items.

- Install and log on to the Dropbox app on your mobile device.
Once these requirements have been met:

- Click on Export to HTML.
- The HTML Run List Export screen will appear.
- Click on the yellow folder icon to browse for the location.

- Click on Export.
- The HTML file will be created in the Dropbox folder. Allow a few minutes for the file to be uploaded.
- On your mobile device, start the Dropbox app.
- From the app, you can open the file to view it or download it so that it can be accessed without an Internet connection.
