Enable Data Entry Wizards
Retailer uses data entry wizards to help you add new suppliers. departments, stock and more. They are a series of screens that prompt you to enter essential information about the thing you are creating.
For example, the stock wizard prompts you first to enter a barcode, then description and so on when creating new stock item.
For most users, the data entry wizards are enabled by default. Only follow these steps if the wizards do not appear.
To enable these wizards, follow the steps below:

- Click on the Stock tab.
- Ensure that Show Companion Details is ticked.
- Click Save.
- Click on the General tab.
- Ensure that Use Data Entry Wizards is ticked.
- Click Save.
