Retailer allows users to send the run list(s) by email so that they can be accessed on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.

Set An Email Address For Each Run

  1. On the top menu bar of Retailer, click on Setup -> Newsagency -> Run Setup.
  2. Select the particular run from the panel on the left.
  3. Click on the Run Options tab on the right.
  4. In the Email Address bar, type in the email address for the run list to be sent to.
    You can enter multiple emails if you separate them using a semicolon ;
  5. Repeat for all other runs, as you need.
  6. Click Close.

E-mailing The Run List(s)

  1. On the top menu bar of Retailer, click on Reports -> Newsagency -> Run List.
  2. Select the run(s) to be sent by email in the list above.
  3. Click on the Email button.
