Early Returns Report

This is for Newsagencies Only

The Early Returns Report shows a list of items early returned during the arrivals process for all or select suppliers within a date range. It’s good for checking which titles you’ve early returned (if you haven’t printed labels for early returns).

Generating the Report

To produce the Early Returns Report, we go to Reports -> Newsagency -> Early Returns Report.

1. From here, you select the date range.
2. Followed by choosing All Suppliers or Selected Supplier and selecting the supplier in the drop-down menu.
   
3. Click on Preview or Print.

Reading the Report

1. Date Of Arrival: The date the title arrived.
   
2. Stock Description: The titles description and issue name.
   
3. Supplier Stock Code: The Product and Issue Code combined for the Supplier Stock Code.
   
4. Recall Date: The week or month when the title is due for return.
   
5. Number of Returns: The number of returns already entered.
   
6. Qty Arrived: The Number of that title that was arrived.
   
7. Cost: The cost including GST for that title.
   
8. Retail: The retail price including GST for that title.
   

Totals

1. Returned: the total number of returned titles.
   
2. Cost: the total cost including GST for returned titles.
   
3. Retail: the total retail including GST for returned titles.
