How to Save Documents Locally from Cloud Hosted Retailer

For customers who run Retailer in the cloud, you can follow these steps to save reports and documents from Retailer directly to your computer.
  1. The first step is to open the File Save Dialog. The steps for this can vary depending on the area of Retailer you're using
    1. From a Report Preview, click the PDF or Export buttons if available. Alternatively, click the Print button, tick Print to File and then click the 3 dots [...] button in the bottom right corner
    2. Click Send To -> CSV File.
    3. Click a Yellow Folder Icon in Retailer to open the File Selection window
  2. Down the left hand side, click Quick Access. The icon will look like one of the following screenshots

  • Open the \\tsclient\c folder
  • This takes you to the Local PC. You can then navigate to the folder you wish to save to.
    1. We recommend creating a New Folder in the \\tsclient\c folder called Retailer and saving to this folder.
    2. You can then access this folder on your local PC by opening This PC, opening the Windows (C:) drive and then opening the Retailer folder
