Check Gift/Loyalty Card number for Card Printer/Supplier

How to check Gift Voucher/Card number

  1. Click on Reports at the top (Retailer main screen).
  2. Click on Sales Reports.
  3. Click on Gift Voucher Report.
  4. Put in a Start Date of a few months before the current date, to cover the period when a Gift Card was last sold.
  5. Leave End Date on current date.
  6. Set to show Voucher Sales.
  7. Click Preview or Print.

    The last, biggest number is last card/voucher number.

    Add 100 to that OR increase number to next highest hundred. Give this number to gift card printer/supplier as a starting number.

How to check Customer loyalty number

  1. Open up the customer screen in Retailer.
  2. Click on right arrow with a line in it, at the bottom of the screen just left of the magnifying glass. If the button is grey, you are on the last customer.
  3. Check the Customer barcode number at the top.

    This should be the last number used.

    Add 10 to this number OR increase number to next highest ten. Give this number to card printer/supplier as a starting number
