Changing stock arrival days

This is for Newsagencies Only

It is important to maintain accurate arrival information for your weekly stock items, such as magazines or newspapers.

If the arrival days are incorrect for magazines and newspapers, the allocation numbers to customers and subagents may be reported wrong to xChangeIT.

To change the arrival day of a weekly stock item, follow these steps:

1. From the main screen of Retailer click on Stock Maintenance -> Stock Screen.
   
2. Find the appropriate item via the magnifying glass button. For magazines this should be the parent item.
3. Click on the Newsagency tab.
   
4. In This item arrives on a ,select the day the item arrives. You can also select the day of the week subagents receive this item.
   
5. Click Save.
