Changing Retailer Screen Columns

Most Retailer screens will allow you to change the columns which are displayed. This means you can either add or remove any unwanted columns. You are also change the order of these columns.

This allows you to organise the screens in your most useful way.
Notes
Selecting and moving the columns will need to be done on each computer.
Below is a list of the screens that allow you to change the columns.

Retailer Screens
  1. Orders Maintenance
  2. Barcode Manager
  3. Stock Manager
  4. Customer Screen
    1. Transactions sections
    2. Print \ Email Transactions
  5. Point of Sale Screen
Search Screens
  1. Find Stock Screen
  2. Find Customer Screen
  3. Find Quotes/Invoices Screen
  4. Find Supplier Screen
  5. Find Repair Screen

Show / Hide Columns

To either Add or remove columns, please follow the below instructions.
  1. Navigate to either the Retailer or search screen you wish to edit.
  2. Click the icon in the top left top left corner, next to the column titles.
    1. This can be a larger 'table style'  icon in the corner of the window.
    2. Or the orange * icon.
  3. Tick or untick the required options from the displayed list.
    1. The ticked options will be displayed. the unticked will not be visible.
  4. Click OK.
Warning
Some information cannot be displayed as columns. These include: Static Qty.

Reorder Columns

You can rearrange the columns by simply clicking and dragging the column headers at the top of the screen.
Info
The order of information shown is based on the left most column header.

Retailer Screens with Fixed Columns
