Changing Search Screen Columns

Most of the search screens in Retailer allow you to edit which columns are displayed in the table. This includes:

1. Find Stock Screen
   
2. Find Customer Screen
   
3. Find Quotes/Invoices Screen
   
4. Find Supplier Screen
   
5. Find Repair Screen
   
6. Barcode Manager
   
7. Stock Manager
   

Show / Hide Columns

1. Navigate to the search screen you wish to edit.
2. Click the icon in the top left. This can be a larger icon in the corner of the window, or the orange * icon in the top left corner, next to the column titles.
3. Tick or untick the options to select which columns show.
   
4. Click OK.
   

Reorder Columns

You can rearrange the columns by simply clicking and dragging the column headers at the top of the screen.

Selecting and moving the columns will need to be done on each computer.

The order of information shown is based on the left most column header.
