[Pre 3.3] Cancelling a Quote

To either cancel a quote or reinstate a cancelled quote, first open up the quote you wish to work on in Quote and Invoice Management.

Cancelled a Quote

  1. Right click on the status Quote at the top right and select Cancel Quote.

  2. Enter Password (if required).
  3. Enter staff initials.
  4. Click Yes on the confirmation window.

Reinstating a cancelled quote

  1. Click Reverse Status at the bottom.
  2. Click Yes to confirm.
Only Quotes to Account Customers can be reinstated. For Non-Account Customers, click Copy to create a new quote
