Automatic Exporting of News Corp / News Limited Stops and Starts

This is for Newsagencies Only

With newer versions of Retailer, stops and starts for News Corp / News Limited titles are automatically sent back to the publisher through XchangeIT.

Only stops and starts information are sent and only for News Limited titles. No other information is sent through this functionality.

To enable this, the following requirements must be met:

1. You must receive News Corp / News Limited invoices electronically through XchangeIT.

2. Your News Corp / News Limited supplier in Retailer needs to be configured to use XchangeIT.

3. Your News Corp / News Limited stock items need to have the correct barcodes and arrival settings.

Once this is all set up, your stops and starts will be exported to News Corp / News Limited through XchangeIT when you transfer your End of Shift.
