Attaching Files / Messages with E-mail Statements
- From the main screen of Retailer, click on Customers -> Customer Statements.
- Click on Setup.
- In Path under PDF Location relates to where PDF statements are saved. Leave this setting unless you have a specific reason to change it.
- Under Attachment Location, click on the button. Navigate to your file, select it and click Open.
- Under Direct Mail E-Mail Address, leave E-Mail as is unless you are using the Direct Mail Solutions service.
- Under E-Mail Settings, type in a subject and/or an accompanying message.
- Click Save and Close.
