Adding / Removing Money from the Till in Retailer Roam as a No Sale

Add Cash to the Till

  1. Tap the menu icon, then Settings
  2. Tap Terminal Shifts
  3. Tap the currently open shift.
  4. Click on Add No Sale
  5. Select Add Cash
  6. Select either Petty Cash In or Cash In
  7. Enter the Amount
  8. (Optional) Enter a note
  9. Tap Add Cash
There is no functional difference between Petty Cash In and Cash In, they are just used as reasons for record-keeping purposes.

Remove Cash from the Till

  1. Tap the menu icon, then Settings
  2. Tap Terminal Shifts
  3. Tap the currently open shift.
  4. Click on Add No Sale
  5. Select Remove Cash
  6. Select either Petty Cash Out or Cash Out
  7. Enter the Amount
  8. (Optional) Enter a note
  9. Tap Remove Cash
